Dear Sir/Madam, We would like to inform you that the Company has intimated from time to time to the BSE of all the events and information which has an impact on the operation and performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information etc. as required to be disclosed under the provisions of Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. Therefore, the movement in Company's share price is purely due to market conditions and apparently market driven on which the Company neither has any control nor has any knowledge of reasons. The Company reiterates its adherence to the requirements laid down in Regulation 30 of the SEB] (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and we will keep the Stock Exchange duly informed of any information as required under the said regulations as and when any such event occurs.
