Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report FY 2025-26
With our continued commitment to ethical governance, sustainable growth, inclusivity, and environmental stewardship, we are pleased to present
our Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) under the BRSR Core Framework for the reporting year FY 2025-26. This report reflects
our ongoing efforts to integrate sustainability into our business strategy and operations while adhering to the principles of the National Guidelines
on Responsible Business Conduct (NGRBC). It highlights the progress made during the year, our key initiatives, and our commitment to creating
long-term value for all stakeholders.
The BRSR Core framework is aligned with the NGRBC and is structured into three sections:
Section A provides a comprehensive overview of the Company’s business, including its market presence, financial performance, workforce profile,
engagement with related parties, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and key disclosures promoting transparency and accountability.
Section B presents the management and process disclosures, highlighting the governance framework, policies, systems, and operational practices
established to embed the NGRBC Principles and their Core Elements across the Company’s business activities.
Section C provides a detailed account of the Company’s performance against the prescribed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) under each of the
nine NGRBC Principles. These indicators cover areas such as ethical business conduct, product stewardship, employee well-being, occupational
health and safety, learning and development, stakeholder engagement, human rights, environmental performance, responsible public policy
advocacy, inclusive growth, and customer value and responsibility. Together, these disclosures demonstrate our continued progress towards
responsible and sustainable business practices.
