Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) - Reg.
In terms of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform the following:
“NLC India Renewables Limited (NIRL) (a wholly owned subsidiary of NLC India Limited) is
developing 110 MW Solar Power Project through NIRL NCRTC Renewables Limited (NNRL), a
Joint Venture Company of NIRL and National Capital Region Transport Corporation Limited
(NCRTC), with equity participation of 74% by NIRL and 26% by NCRTC.
The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the 110 MW Solar Power Project has been executed
between NNRL and NCRTC at New Delhi. The power generated from the project is to be procured
by NCRTC under captive mode for the period of 25 years.
The PPA provides for a Scheduled Commissioning Date within 24 months from the date of signing
of the PPA, with an annual energy generation requirement of 180 MU. The Project is envisaged
to be developed in the state of Uttar Pradesh.”
