As per the latest communication received from the project developer, the commissioning is now tentatively scheduled as follows: (i) one WTG location along with the 7.65 MW solar component is expected to be commissioned by September 30, 2026; and (ii) the remaining two WTG locations are expected to be commissioned by the end of October 2026. The delay is attributable to factors beyond the project developer's control, including high wind speeds affecting WTG erection, heavy monsoon conditions requiring additional logistics-road rework, and delay in obtaining shutdowns of existing 33 kV and 11 kV lines for the 33 kV transmission-line work. The Company will keep the Stock Exchanges and stakeholders informed of any developments in accordance with applicable regulations. The delay events are namely high wind speeds halting WTG erection and heavy monsoon at site, because of which rework of the logistics road took more time.
