Delivering EXCELLENCE. Building A BETTER TOMORROW. Growth, at its most meaningful, is never accidental. It is the outcome of choices made consistently over time, about where to invest, how to operate, and what kind of company you are determined to become. For us, FY26 was the year those choices converged into something tangible and visible across every dimension of the business. Driving growth has been our most immediate and measurable pursuit through the year. With a fully operational manufacturing network, a product portfolio that is steadily shifting toward higher-value categories, and a customer base that spans India's most dynamic industrial sectors, our growth this year was broad-based and deliberate. It was volume-led, mix-driven, and underpinned by the kind of market relationships that do not develop overnight, relationships built on reliability, compliance, and a genuine understanding of what our customers need. But growth without excellence is fragile. Delivering excellence is what gives our growth its durability. It lives in the consistency of our product quality, in the certifications that our customers in regulated industries depend on, in the precision of our manufacturing processes, and in the reliability of our logistics network. It is the standard we hold ourselves to not because it is demanded of us, but because it is the only standard worth maintaining when you are trusted with the packaging of some of India's most critical industrial materials. And threading through both, through every capacity decision, every operational initiative, every investment we have made this year, is a commitment to building a better tomorrow. Our recycling plant, our captive solar project, our backward integration strategy, these are not standalone sustainability gestures. They are structural choices that reflect how we believe a responsible, forward-looking industrial company should operate, for its stakeholders and for the broader world it is part of. Annual Report 2025-26 (Formerly - Pyramid Technoplast Pvt. Ltd.) PTL at a Glance FROM A SINGLE VISION TO INDIA'S INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING LEADER Established in 1997, we have grown over three decades from a single manufacturing unit in Silvassa to one of India's most recognised names in bulk industrial packaging. What began as a focussed endeavour in polymer-based moulded products has steadily evolved into a full-spectrum industrial packaging company, one that today operates nine manufacturing units, serving customers across diverse industries, and commands a production capacity of 76,931 MTPA. At our core, we manufacture three categories of industrial packaging solutions — rigid Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), Polymer Drums, and Mild Steel (MS) Drums — complemented by recycling solutions that support the responsible recovery and reuse of packaging materials. Together, these capabilities serve the safe storage, handling, transportation and end-of-life management of liquid and semi-liquid materials across India’s most demanding industries. From agrochemical formulators in Gujarat to pharmaceutical manufacturers in Maharashtra, our packaging solutions are embedded in the supply chains of some of India’s most prominent industrial names. What sets us apart is not merely the breadth of our product portfolio, but the depth of our manufacturing capabilities, fully automated production lines, stringent quality controls, UN-certified products, and a growing backward integration advantage through our newly commissioned plastic recycling unit. With our major capacity expansion cycle now behind us and utilisation steadily climbing, we enter FY27 as a company transitioning from building our platform to delivering on its full potential. 04 Pyramid Technoplast Ltd.
