Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board recommended the appointment of, M/s. Kapil Kumar Aggarwal & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (FRN: 008174C) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five (5) years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, from Conclusion of this 44th AGM until the conclusion of the 49th AGM, at such remuneration and terms as may be mutually agreed from time to time. 3.
