FY 2025-26 ANNUAL REPORT -37TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Managing Director's Message
Our net sales have grown almost fourfold in six
years - from Rs. 89. 70 Crores to Rs. 341. 20
Crores - while our long-term debt-to-equity ratio
has improved from 0. 60 to 0. 19 over the same
period. We have pursued growth without
compromising financial discipline.

Managing Director

Dear Shareholders,
It gives me great pleasure to present the 37th Annual Report of National Plastic Technologies Limited for the financial
year 2025-26-a year in which your Company continued to build on the momentum of the past several years, delivering
both growth and greater financial resilience.
Our total income for the year grew to Rs. 341.20 Crores, up 10% over the previous year, while EBITDA rose to Rs.
26.35 Crores, an increase of over 3.5%. Profit before tax grew a healthy 12.1% to Rs. 14.05 Crores, and net profit stood
at Rs. 9.17 Crores. Over the last six years, your Company's net sales have grown almost fourfold -from Rs. 89. 70
Crores in FY2020-21 to Rs. 341.20 Crores this year -a trajectory I am proud to have delivered alongside our teams
across all our plants.
This growth has been accompanied by a steady strengthening of our balance sheet. Our long-term debt-to-equity ratio
has improved from 0.60 six years ago to 0.19 today, and our net worth has grown to Rs. 60.02 Crores. We have
pursued growth without compromising financial discipline, and that balance remains central to how we run this
Company.
Our automotive components and other products business grew strongly, with revenue rising to around Rs. 261 Crores
from Rs. 210 Crores in the prior year-an increase of roughly 24%. This reflects both the underlying strength of India's
automotive sector, which continues to expand on the back of rising incomes and infrastructure investment, and the
trust that marquee customers continue to place in us. Our consumer durables business saw a comparative softening,
from Rs. 100 Crores to Rs. 80 Crores, reflecting a period of demand adjustment in that segment that we are watching
closely.
We were also encouraged by the GST Council's rationalisation of rates during the year, which standardised auto
component taxation at a flat 18% -replacing the earlier fragmented 18-28% range and creating a more predictable
regulatory environment for our largest business segment.
Looking ahead, our new plant at SriCity, Andhra Pradesh, is on track to commence commercial operations between
October and December 2026 -expanding our manufacturing footprint to six facilities across four states and creating
room for the next leg of growth. We are equally mindful of our responsibility to operate sustainably: our 240 KW rooftop
solar installation at lrungattukottai and our participation in the renewable power Group Captive scheme at our
lrungattukottai and Hosur plants are early but meaningful steps, and we intend to build further on this foundation.
The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share (15% offace value) for FY2025-26, reflecting our
continued commitment to sharing the Company's performance with you, our shareholders.
None of this would be possible without the dedication of our employees across every plant, the continued confidence of
our customers, and the trust our shareholders have placed in us over 37 years. I want to particularly thank the Board for
its guidance through the year, and I look forward to your continued support as we build the next phase of National
Plastic Technologies' growth.
Warm regards,
Arihant Parakh
Managing Director
