Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to vote through remote e-voting/e-voting at the AGM has been fixed as Friday, 11.09.2026.
