The Indian economy continued to demonstrate remarkable resilience during FY 2025–26, supported by robust domestic demand, continued public investment, improving infrastructure and sustained policy support. Despite global economic uncertainties, geopolitical developments and volatile financial markets, India remained one of the fastest-growing major economies, creating significant opportunities for the financial services sector. The financial year 2025–26 was marked by a resilient domestic economy, supported by sustained economic growth, continued infrastructure development, healthy credit demand and improving digital adoption across the financial services sector. The Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) Sector continued to play a significant role in expanding access to credit and supporting economic activity while operating in an evolving regulatory environment. Against this backdrop, your Company remained focused on sustainable growth, prudent risk management, customer-centricity and regulatory compliance. We continued to strengthen our lending portfolio while maintaining a disciplined approach towards credit underwriting, asset quality, liquidity management and governance. Our emphasis on responsible lending and operational excellence enabled us to navigate the changing business environment with confidence. During the year, the Company continued to invest in technology-driven processes to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience and strengthen internal controls.
