(ii) Cut-off Date for purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM or to attend the AGM has been fixed as Friday, 18th September, 2026. (iii) The Record Date for the purpose of declaration of dividend for the year 2025-26 is Friday, 18th September, 2026. (iv) The dividend, on shares for the year 2025-26 @ Rs. 4.00 per share (i.e 40% on face value of Rs. 10 per share), if declared by the members at the AGM, shall be paid, as under: (a) To all Beneficial Owners in respect of shares held in dematerialized form as per the data as may be made available by the NSDL and CDSL, collectively “Depositories”, as of end of the day on September 18, 2026; and (b) To all Members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company as of the close of business hours on September 18, 2026.
