MEDICINE
Some opportunities take years of preparation
before they translate into medicines and markets.
For Bajaj Healthcare, FY 2025-26 was a year of
building the capabilities to move further along
the pharmaceutical value chain. The Company
progressed beyond its established API business,
investing in specialized molecules, formulation
capabilities, peptide manufacturing and regulatory
preparedness.
This evolution builds on capabilities developed over
the decades, spanning chemistry, manufacturing,
research, regulatory experience and customer
relationships.
The next phase will enable to move up the value
chain to enter new therapeutic spaces and build
capabilities ahead of demand.
The journey is therefore not simply in moving from
one product to another.
It is in moving from molecules to medicines,
accompanied by capabilities to create greater value
at every stage.
