The appointment of M/s. PPKG & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 0096558), as Statutory Auditors of the Company with effect from 29% August, 2026 until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders, to fill the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of PRSV & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company and also approved and recommended to the shareholders, the appointment of M/s. PPKG & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 00965558), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of the ensuing 20!
