The 26th Annual General Meeting of the company for the financial year 2025-26 is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 29th September, 2026 at 04:30 p.m., through Video Conference (VC) or other Audio- Visual Means (OAVM). 2. Decided to close the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company from Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 to Tuesday, 29th September, 2026 (both days inclusive), for taking record of the Members of the Company for the 26th Annual General Meeting. 3. Decided to take the cut-off date as Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026 for the 26th Annual General Meeting. 4. Approved the commencement of E-Voting period from Friday, 25th September, 2026 (09:00 a.m.) to Monday, 28th September, 2026 (05:00 p.m.) for the purpose of 26th Annual General Meeting.
