The Company wishes to state that its technology, innovation and R&D initiatives continue to be led by Mr. Dinesh Patidar (DIN: 00549552), Chairman cum Whole-time Director of the Company, who has been instrumental in driving the Company's product development, engineering and innovation agenda. Given his deep domain expertise, extensive industry experience and active involvement in the Company's strategic and R&D initiatives, the Company remains well positioned to ensure seamless execution of its technology roadmap and growth plans.
