Niche Technologies Private Limited To M/s. Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited has been completed. Accordingly, with effect from 28th August, 2026, M/s. Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited shall act as the RTA for rendering RTA services to the Company and its shareholders. Company has received the letters received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited stating that the change is effective from 28th August, 2026. Shareholders and stakeholders are requested to take note of the same and address all future correspondence pertaining to RTA-related matters, including share transfer and transmission to the new RTA at the address given below. Further, pursuant to SEBI Circular No. HO/MIRSD/POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026, a special window has been introduced for lodgement of transfer requests relating to physical shares executed prior to April 1, 2019. Such requests may be lodged during the period from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027, and shall be processed through the Company’s new RTA in accordance with SEBI guidelines. M/s.
