India Tourism Development Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on September 22, 2026. The meeting will be held through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 and Notice of the AGM are available on the Company's website and will be sent electronically to members whose e-mail address is registered with the Company's Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent/Depositories.
