Appointment of Independent Directors and Secretarial Auditor

GS Auto International Ltd has announced the appointment of two independent directors, Mr. Joga Singh and Mr. Vineet Gupta, to its board of directors. The company has also appointed M/s. C S Arora & Associates as its statutory auditors and M/s. Baldev Arora & Associates as its secretarial auditors. Additionally, the company has reconstituted its audit committee, nomination and remuneration committee, and stakeholders relationship committee.
