Appointment of Independent Directors & Reconstitution of Committees

GS Auto International Ltd announced the appointment of two independent directors, Mr. Joga Singh and Mr. Vineet Gupta, to its board of directors. The company also reconstituted its audit, nomination and remuneration, and stakeholders relationship committees. The appointments and reconstitutions are subject to shareholder approval.
