We wish to clarify that due to an inadvertent clerical error, the said disclosure mentioned “Annual General Meeting” instead of “Extraordinary General Meeting”. Accordingly, wherever “Annual General Meeting” appears in the aforesaid disclosure, the same shall be read as “Extraordinary General Meeting”. The correct reference is as follows: “The Members of Zeal Aqua Limited at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, 28th August, 2026, through Video Conferencing (“VC”)/Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”), approved the continuation of Mr. Shantilal Ishwarlal Patel (DIN: 01362109) as Whole- Time Director of the Company, notwithstanding that he has attained/shall attain the age of 70 years, in accordance with the provisions of Section 196(3)(a) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder. All other contents of the disclosure dated 28th August, 2026 shall remain unchanged. This corrigendum is being issued to rectify the inadvertent error and for the information and records of the Stock Exchange and all concerned.
