Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares under the QIP, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 10,89,65,265 consisting of 10,89,65,265 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 1 each to Rs. 13,01,51,705 consisting of 13,01,51,705 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 1 each. The shareholding pattern of the Company before and after the Issue, will be submitted along with listing application in the format specified in Regulation 31 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
