In furtherance to our earlier intimation with respect to the Issue which opened on August 25, 2026 and closed on August 28, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Fund Raising Committee of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. August 28, 2026, approved the issue and allotment of 2,11,86,440 Equity Shares, to eligible QIBs at the issue price of Rs. 354 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 353 per Equity Share), which includes a discount of Rs. 18.57 ie 4.98% of the floor price, as determined in terms of SEBI ICDR Regulations)], aggregating to Rs. 749,99,99,760, pursuant to the QIP. Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares under the QIP, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 10,89,65,265 consisting of 10,89,65,265 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 1 each to Rs. 13,01,51,705 consisting of 13,01,51,705 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 1 each. The shareholding pattern of the Company before and after the Issue, will be submitted along with listing application in the format specified in Regulation 31 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
