Trading Window

Kuantum Papers Limited announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This action, effective from July 1, 2026, is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is in anticipation of the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are made public, with the date of the Board Meeting to be intimated in due course.
