We also wish to inform you that, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2014, the Company is providing remote e-voting facility to all its Members to enable them to exercise their right to vote by electronic means on the resolutions proposed in the Notice of 28th Annual General Meeting. Those members, who will be present in the AGM through VC/OAVM and have not casted their vote on the resolutions through remote e-voting shall be eligible to vote through e-voting system available during the AGM.
