Infosys Limited has announced the allotment of 322,925 equity shares of face value ₹5 each to eligible employees. These shares were issued upon the exercise of Restricted Stock Units under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan (13,265 shares) and the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019 (309,660 shares). Consequently, the company's issued and subscribed share capital has increased to 4,057,578,830 equity shares.
