Dear Sir/Madam, We refer to our letter dated March 05, 2026 (“Previous Disclosure”), wherein the Company had in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, (“Listing Regulations”), read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as ‘SEBI Circular’), informed the Stock Exchanges that the Company along with Aicitta Intelligent Technology Private Limited (“Aicitta”) and its promoters, Arjun Das and Vikram Sarin (“Respondents”) had amicably agreed to resolve their disputes and had signed Consent Terms dated 4th March, 2026. In this regard, we hereby inform that the matter has been fully and finally settled between the parties pursuant to the Consent Terms dated March 04, 2026. Further, the Company has received the Final Award/ Order passed by the Sole Arbitrator, in accordance with the aforesaid Consent Terms.
