Subject: Clarification / Confirmation on news item appearing in “Media/Publication”
This is with reference to your email and letter dated August 28, 2026, bearing reference no.
NSE/CM/Surveillance/17429, seeking clarification / confirmation in respect of the news item which
appeared in the "Website-www.moneycontrol.com" dated August 28, 2026 captioned "Aster, Advent eye
controlling stake in Yatharth Hospital, says report; shares rise 4.5%”.
In this regard, we would like to clarify as follows:
1. We have taken note of the captioned news item and confirm that there is no information which
requires disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”). As a
general matter, the Company, as part of its business strategy, keeps exploring various strategic
opportunities that are intended to be in the best interest of its stakeholders.
2. Considering that the shares of the Company are freely traded on the stock exchanges, the
Company will not be in a position to comment on the impact of the article on the Company.
The Company has promptly intimated the stock exchanges regarding all events and disclosed
all information, that have a bearing on the operations/ performance of the Company, in
accordance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations as and when required and will
continue to do so. It may further be noted that the Company declared its financial results for
the quarter ended 30th June 2026 on 10th August 2026, which is a matter of public record
disclosed to the Exchanges in accordance with Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations.
3. If and when the Company becomes aware of any information/ event warranting a disclosure, the
Company shall promptly comply with the disclosure obligations under the Listing Regulations.
