Aditya Maruti Gokarn:
Thank You Bibhuti. Good evening to everybody and
thank you all for joining us this evening. Yeah,
so as usual, we put together a little slide deck
to kind of walking you through the performance
for Q1 FY 27. So without further do, I'll start
off. Yeah, so just a quick safe Harbor
declaration. This presentation and the discussion
may contain certain words or phrases that are
forward looking, which are tentative and based on
current expectations of the management of the
company and any of its subsidiaries and this
presentation has been prepared only for
information purposes. This is not a offer or
invitation or recommendation to buy or sell
securities of the company and no part of the
presentation shall form the basis of or be relied
on in connection with any contract or investment
decision in relation to securities of the company.
So the rest of course is on the screen, so I'll
just move on to the next slide.
Aditya Maruti Gokarn:
So today what we've put together for all of you
is a little bit about the group entities and
what's the, what are the key drivers for growth.
Some further let's say deep dive into the
financial highlights and the segment wise results
and of course kind of a cap off of the Q1 financial
results. So many of you are familiar with the
company for those of you who whom you those of
whom are not familiar with the company, we
basically have now, three entities. Triton Valves
limited, this is the holding company. Triton
Valves has two segments now, post-merger, the
automotive segment and the climate control
segment. The automotive segment of course makes
the valves and components for the automotive
industry, the climate control segment basically
makes valves and components for the air
conditioning industry, right. Second entity
Tritonvalves Future Tech, this is a wholly owned
subsidiary of the hold Co. This is a metals

business. It's basically a brass mill and we
produce brass roads, coils, hollows, and so on.
We also have a Hong Kong entity, right, which is
now slowly kind of being warmed down, but this
entity is also part of the group console numbers
that you'll see.
Aditya Maruti Gokarn:
Just a few quick highlights, this is more to do
with the quarter gone by Q1, right. So there's
some sales led, let's say drivers and there's some
production led drivers, so maybe we'll just walk
you through very quickly. If you look at the new
products, there's a lot of EV components that
we're working on and the sales in these in this
segment has also been fairly good for us in the
quarter. There's some global projects that the
company is working on. You would have seen some
disclosures, right, with that we made. We've
received some LOIs from AUMOVIO and SENSATA these
are two large global players in the TPMS census
base and BOSCH, of course, is our existing
customer also scaling up right now. We also had I
would say a favorable product mix between two less
TPMS, all the different product verticals in the
quarter gone by. In terms of metals also, we are
trying to move up the value chain as we've talked
about in the past as well with the special alloys
coming in and playing a bigger role in our
performance. There's some risk mitigation as well
that is in the pipeline. We are now developing
some exports in western Europe, higher quality
standards, possibly higher margins as well for
us. The climate control segment, I would say with
improving our engagement with the industry both
domestic international. I'll also have to say that
we are deepening our engagement with government
of India as well to kind of level the playing
field between us and, you know, some of the large
Chinese players are dumping goods right now into
our country and of course we are not making any
compromises in achieving our gross margins,
right. So we are not falling prey to the
temptation to just, you know, enter the market
just at a very low price and by sacrificing

margins, we are right now not doing that. We are
staying away from, you know, margin compromises.
In terms of the production led drivers, I would
say on the automotive side, there's been further
cost output optimization, OE efficiency
improvements. There's also an increase in the, I
would say intercompany purchasing of brass,
right, between the subsidiary Tritonvalves Future
Tech Private Limited and the hold co. Triton
valves Limited. We're also right sizing the
inventory holding, you know, to kind of keep in
step with the changing market conditions in terms
of the product profile as well as the raw material
scenario with you know the LME copper prices going
higher and higher every quarter. On the metal side
also we're increasing output and efficiency,
widening the supplier customer base and you know,
we are kind of deep de-risking the model right
now. This is in light of obviously the Iran crisis
through the Q1. On the climate control side, we
are, we are still, I would say automating some
processes, trying to lower our cost of production
and kind of leveraging, you know, on whatever we
can from the automotive business post-merger as
well. So that's something that's also driving some
growth for us.
