We would like to inform you that the Company has completed the purchase of 1,18,80,000 (One Crore Eighteen Lakh Eighty Thousand) equity shares in Ather, for a total consideration of ~Rs. 1,758 crore (Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Eight crore (approx.)).
