Brief details of dispute/litigation (a) Name of the opposing party Opmobility Lighting Holding Plastic Omnium Group Company, a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of France and registered with the Commercial and Companies Registry of Lyon under no. 908 521 651, having its registered offices at 19, boulevard Jules Carteret, 69007 Lyon, France including its subsidiaries (“OP Mobility”) (b) Name of Court/Tribunal/Agency Paris Court of Appeal / Paris Commercial Court (“the Court”) (c) Brief details of dispute/litigation As intimated earlier, initially VeR filed the claim against OP Mobility before Paris Commercial Court. In continuation of the Company's earlier disclosure regarding the dispute arising out of Supply Agreement involving VeR and OP Mobility before the courts in France, VeR has initiated procedural steps for withdrawal in connection with the pending appeal proceedings and has commenced fresh proceedings before the Paris Commercial Court against OP Mobility and certain of its subsidiaries arising out of the same Supply Agreement, seeking recovery of approximately EUR 67 million. The matters are at a preliminary stage and notices are currently in the process of being served on OP Mobility. Any further developments in the above matters will be informed to the Stock exchanges from time to time. 2.
