Strategies at BIO International Convention 2026, 22-25, June 2026, San Diego, USA.
Hyderabad, India, 22-June-2026 Suven Life Sciences Limited a clinical-stage
biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing innovative treatments
for Central Nervous System (CNS) disorders, today announced its participation in the BIO
International Convention 2026 (BIO-2026), one of the world's largest Biotechnology
Partnering Conferences, taking place during June 22–25, 2026, in San Diego, USA.
Suven Life Sciences will welcome the Delegates, Investors, and Potential Partners &
collaborators from Big Pharma, Biotech companies to Booth # 6154, where the company will
showcase its Differentiated CNS portfolio, including late-stage clinical assets targeting
significant unmet medical needs in indications like Agitation in Dementia of Alzheimer's Type,
Major Depressive Disorder, Narcolepsy, Cognitive Impairment associated with Parkinson's
disease and other CNS disorders.
The goal is to engage with global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to explore
partnering strategies, out-licensing, and/or co-development initiatives for Suven clinical
candidates through 62 pre-scheduled partnering meetings in 4 days of BIO-2026.

Suven Potifolio of Differentiated CNS clinical candidates:
Ropanicant (SUVN-911): α4β2 receptor antagonist, novel, differentiated antidepressant
candidate offering rapid onset of efficacy, pro-cognitive effects, and a favourable sexual
side-effect profile. Phase-2b trial for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) builds
on promising safety and efficacy from a positive Phase-2a open label study. Positive Topline
results from Phase-2b clinical Proof-of-Concept trial of Ropanicant for the treatment of Major
Depressive Disorder announced on 17-June-2026. Global Phase-3 study to start in H1-2027.
Masupirdine (SUVN-502): 5-HT6 Receptor antagonist, novel, differentiated, non-
dopaminergic, non-sedative approach transforming Alzheimer’s agitation management,
delivering dual impact on behavioral stabilization and cognition. Global Phase-3 (AWAKE
study) in progress (95% enrolled) and Topline results expected in Q2-2027.
Samelisant (SUVN-G3031): Designed to be non-controlled, non-stimulant H3 inverse agonist
delivering wake-promoting efficacy with a differentiated safety edge, offering a cleaner drug–
drug interaction and cardiovascular profile vs current standard of therapy. Global Phase-
3 study Initiated for EDS in Narcolepsy and Topline results expected in Q2-2028.
Usmarapride (SUVN-D4010): 5-HT4 Receptor Partial Agonist, Novel approach for addressing
cognitive disorders. Safe and well tolerated with dose dependent pharmacokinetics in Phase-
1 study. Phase-2 study is planned for potential treatment of cognitive disorders.
SUVN-I6107: Muscarinic M1 true positive allosteric modulator (PAM) for the potential
treatment of cognitive disorders. Demonstrated favourable pharmacokinetics, safety and
tolerability profile (no cholinergic adverse events) in a recently completed Phase-1 trial.
Pharmacodynamic outcome indicated enhanced alertness and information processing. Phase-
2 study in Planning.
