Company for the FY 2025-26.
The Company has obtained Independent Assurance Statement on BRSR Core Indicators covered under
Reasonable Assurance and BRSR Non-Core Indicators covered under Limited Assurance including essential
and leadership indicators and all disclosures made thereunder, from an independent assurance provider,
in accordance with “International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3000 (Revised) and ISAE
3410, which forms part of the report.
The BRSR report is also being filed in XBRL mode as required.

Capri Global Capital Limited serves a diverse customer base across India, with a strong focus on financially
underserved and emerging segments. The Company’s primary customer segments include:
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs): Providing financing to support business growth,
working capital requirements and asset creation.
Micro Loan Against Property (MicroLAP) customers: Offering loans to small business owners and self-
employed individuals against residential or commercial property.
Construction Finance: Providing construction finance for residential real estate projects.
Gold Loan Customers: Extending loans against pledged gold jewellery to meet personal, emergency or
business financing needs.
The Company primarily serves customers across Tier II, Tier III and Tier IV cities, where access to formal
credit is relatively limited. Through these business verticals, Capri Global supports financial inclusion by
enabling individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses to access timely and responsible financing.
