The Company in its disclosure dated 12 February, 2026 informed about the aforesaid proposal of acquisition with the “indicative time for completion of acquisition” was expected to be completed by 30‘ June, 2026 from the date of acceptance of sale of Equity Shares by the Existing Shareholders of the Target Company.
