Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“The Listing Regulations”), we hereby wish to inform that the Company has fixed Tuesday, September 15, 2026 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
