Pursuant to Regulation 42, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 19th September, 2026 to Friday, 25th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Record date is Friday, 18th September, 2026 for the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company, if approved, by the members at the 34th AGM, would be paid to the members as Final Dividend of Rs. 17.50/- (i.e. 175%) per equity share having face value of Re. 10/- each for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2026. 3. Pursuant to Regulation 44, the Company has provided the facility to vote by electronics means (E-voting) to all shareholders holding shares either in physical or in electric form as on the cut-off date i.e. 18th September, 2026. The remote e-voting will commence at 21st September, 2026 (10:00 A.M.) and ends on 24th September, 2026 (05:00 P.M.) Thank you.
