Borosil Ltd and Valson Industries Ltd have announced their respective 16th and 42nd Annual General Meetings (AGMs) to be held through Video Conference/Audio-Visual Means due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The meetings will be held on September 24, 2026, and September 19, 2026, respectively. Members can attend and participate in the AGMs through VC/OAVM only. Remote e-voting facility is also being provided to all members holding shares on the cut-off date.
