Sub: Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part B of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 (4) of the SEBI (LODR) 2015, this is to inform you that Electronics
Mart India Limited has decided to close the operations of two of its Exclusive Brand Outlets
(EBOs) under the brand names “Kitchen Stories” and “Samsung” situated at Unit No. TF
311 & 314, 315, respectively, Third Floor, Nexus Mall, Hyderabad, effective from 21st June
2026.
The decision to close the operations of these two EBOs has been taken after evaluating their
business performance and in line with the Company's strategic business plans. As part of its
focus on strengthening and expanding its presence through Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs) and
optimizing its retail network.
This closure is part of such an ongoing optimization exercise and will have no material impact
on the Company's overall operations or financial performance.
We would also like to assure all stakeholders that this transition will not adversely affect our
employees. All the employees from these outlets will be redeployed to nearby outlets, ensuring
continuity of employment and uninterrupted customer service.
We assure you that the Company is committed to supporting its employees and customers
through this transition.
