No.: NSE/CM/Surveillance/17420 dated August 27, 2026 With reference to the aforesaid letter received from your esteemed Stock Exchange and the clarification sought on the following news item, please find the Company response to the below remarks: This is with reference to recent news item which appeared in the “Website-www.economictimes.com” dated August 27, 2026 captioned “FSSAI issues notice to Delhis JW Marriott, Juniper Hotels over misprinted license, food hygiene” a) Whether such negotiations/events were taking place? If so, you are advised to provide the said information along with the sequence of events in chronological order from the start of negotiations/events till date. Company Response: We respectfully clarify that no such event, as mentioned in the news article dated August 26, 2026, was reported or communicated by the FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) in relation to the Company’s hotel, Andaz Delhi, located in Aerocity. In compliance to the routine inspection and observations made by the FSSAI authority during a food safety inspection carried out at the property in June 2026, the Company fully co-operated with the authorities, furnished the requisite information and promptly implemented the suggestions/improvements arising from the routine inspection and have duly submitted a detailed Action Taken Report to the said authority. Such inspections are of routine nature and does not fall as a reportable event under regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Therefore, we categorically reject the allegations as mentioned in the said news in circulation regarding the alleged serious deficiencies in food safety, hygiene, sanitation, storage and labelling practices, has no connection with the Company or its hotel Delhi – Andaz, and the same has been misconstrued and wrongly tagged with the other hotel operated in Delhi. The Company further clarifies and reaffirms that there has been no such information which was required to be announced to the Stock Exchanges under regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. b) Whether you/company are aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges which could explain the movement in the trading, if any? Further, you are advised to provide the said information and the reasons for not disclosing the same to the Exchange earlier as required under regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Company Response: The Company clarifies and reaffirms that there has been no such information that has not been announced to the Stock Exchanges which could explain or impact the movement in the trading.
