Nature of the work and its relevance to the Company
(i) The scope of work includes repair and renovation of
three premier healthcare facilities in Assam, namely
GNM School of Nursing at AMCH Dibrugarh, B.Sc.
Nursing College Dibrugarh, and GNM Training
Centre at Civil Hospital Tinsukia, under the ASSIST
project.
(ii) Execution of this package would strengthen the
Company's healthcare infrastructure credentials and
add healthcare sector experience to its pre-
qualification profile.
(iii) This project represents the Company's continued
engagement in healthcare infrastructure development
and government-sponsored healthcare initiatives.
(iv) The project would further consolidate the Company's
presence and credentials in Assam and the North
Eastern region.
(v) We are expected 20 % to 25 % EBIDTA from that
particular project.
