Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Corrigendum to the 18th Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26
This is with reference to our earlier intimation dated 19th August, 2026, whereby, pursuant to
Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the
Company had submitted the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26.
The Company has identified certain inadvertent typographical errors in the said Annual Report. The
necessary corrections have been incorporated in the Annual Report, as detailed below:
Sr Page No Description
1. 128 Point 9 – Remuneration of Directors – (i) Executive Directors: The remuneration
disclosed for all three Directors in Column 3 of the table was inadvertently stated
under the heading “Salary per month (in Rs.)”.
The heading of the said column has been corrected to “Remuneration for FY 25-26
(in Rs.)”.
2. 130 Point 12 – General Shareholder Information: The time of the Annual General

on 11th September, 2026.
Accordingly, we hereby submit the revised Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-
26, incorporating the aforesaid corrections, for your information and records.
We further clarify that, except for the aforesaid corrections, there are no other changes to the Annual
Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.

Thanking You.
Yours faithfully,
