The plant was inaugurated at a ceremony held today at the facility. KEY HIGHLIGHTS  State-of-the-Art Facility Commissioned: Semiconductor materials plant inaugurated at Gongju, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea, completed within 11 months of its September 29, 2025 groundbreaking  Expansive Footprint: Land spans 16, 513.7 sq. m. across three buildings – main production block, combined headquarters/R&D/pilot plant, and warehouse – with additional land available on-site for expansion  Strategic Venture: Acutaas Advance Material Limited (“AAML”) (a wholly owned subsidiary of Acutaas Chemicals Limited) and J & Materials Co. Ltd respectively hold 75:25 stake in Indichem Inc. Indichem Inc. is a South Korean company incorporated in 2025 as a joint venture between Acutaas Advance Material Limited (“AAML”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Acutaas Chemicals Limited (India), and J & Materials Co., Ltd.
