We wish to clarify that, due to inadvertent typographical errors in the aforesaid cover letter, the following details were incorrectly mentioned: 1. The date of the AGM was mentioned as “September 22, 2025” instead of the correct date, “September 22, 2026”; and 2. The date of publication of the newspaper advertisements was mentioned as “August 25, 2026” instead of the correct date, “August 26, 2026”. We hereby clarify that the 11th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 through Video Conference (“VC”)/Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”), as correctly mentioned in the newspaper publications submitted along with the aforesaid letter and that the newspaper advertisements were published in Financial Express (All Editions) – English and Jansatta (Delhi Edition) – Hindi, in the editions dated August 26, 2026. We further confirm that there is no change in the AGM date or any other information contained in the newspaper publications, and all other details remain unchanged.
