In the Automotive Glass segment, AIS supplies glass solutions across a wide range of vehicle categories, including passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, buses, trucks, railways, metro systems, tractors, three-wheelers, and off-highway vehicles. The Company serves both OEMs and the replacement market through a portfolio that includes laminated windshields, tempered sidelites and backlites, sunroofs , encapsulated glass and value-added glazing solutions. AIS also supplies specialised glass for white goods applications, such as refrigerator shelves and doors, washing machine lids, and several other household appliances. The Company held a market share of approx 80% in the Indian passenger vehicle glass segment. In the Building and Construction (Architectural) Glass segment, AIS manufactures and processes a broad portfolio of float glass, energy-efficient coated glass, reflective glass, mirrors, lacquered and frosted glass, insulated glazing units, security and acoustic glass, fire-resistant glass, and other value-added architectural solutions. These products serve residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, supporting daylight optimisation, thermal comfort, energy efficiency, and modern architectural design. The Company held a market share of approx 12% in the domestic architectural glass segment. Through its Consumer Glass segment, AIS serves retail customers directly through brands such as AIS Windows, AIS Glasxperts, and AIS Windshield Experts. The segment offers end-to-end glass and fenestration solutions, including uPVC and aluminium windows, doors, interior glass applications, automotive glass repair and replacement services, and customised glass solutions for homes and commercial spaces.
