Disclosure as per SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure. 3. Please take note of the above information on record. ध(cid:219)यवाद, Annexure S. Particulars Details 1 The details of any change in the status In continuation of our letter of even and / or any development in relation to number dated 22/04/2025 whereby such proceedings RailTel has informed about the pending Arbitration between RailTel Vs. M/s Rajcomp Info Services Ltd (RISL). The Arbitral Tribunal has now passed an Arbitration Award in the aforesaid matter. It may be informed that out of claim amount of Rs. 94 Cr. of RailTel, the Arbitrator has awarded 13 Cr. (Appx.) in favour of RailTel. Further, out of counter claim amount of Rs. 313 Cr., the Arbitrator has awarded Rs. 5 Cr. In favour of RISL. Thus, in nutshell, the RISL would have to pay differential amount of Rs. 8 Cr (13 Cr - 5 Cr) to RailTel along with interest and GST. 2 In the case of litigation against key Not Applicable management personnel or its promoter or ultimate person in control, regularly provide details of any change in the status and / or any development in relation to such proceedings; 3 In the event of settlement of the Not Applicable proceedings, details of such settlement including - terms of the settlement, compensation/penalty paid (if any) and impact of such settlement on the financial position of the Company.
