Every business has a year that reshapes it. For DreamFolks, FY 2025–26 was that year. The ecosystem that defined our first decade shifted beneath us. The domestic lounge business that once defined us contracted. Familiar rules of access gave way to new ones. For a while, growth had to be measured differently: not in revenues, but in resolve. It would have been easy to call this a difficult year and leave it there. But we have never believed that difficulty is the whole story. It is only the beginning of one. A transition is not an ending. It is a hinge. The moment when what a company was, stops being enough, and what it could be starts to matter more. We chose to stand at that hinge and push forward. Beyond the transition, we could see something the numbers alone could not yet show: a company no longer defined by a single service, a single market, or a single model. A company ready to become something larger than what it had been. Towards Transformation. Transformation does not announce itself. It could be a deal signed in a new geography, in a service that did not exist few years ago, or in a team that chose conviction over caution when both were available. This year, it showed up in all three. We entered markets we had only planned for. We built services our clients were yet to ask for. We acquired the infrastructure of our next chapter — railway lounges, a global distribution platform, a consumer membership ecosystem, and began the work of making them earn their place. Transformation, done well, does not erase the difficulty that preceded it. It justifies it. Every disruption forced a decision. Every decision moved us further from where we started and closer to where we intend to go: new geographies, and new services, and new ways of reaching the people we serve. That is the story this report tells: not of a company that merely endured a hard year, but of one that used it. The transition is behind us. The transformation has begun.
