The Corporate Debtor does not presently maintain a functional website. Accordingly, the List of Creditors is being submitted herewith to the Stock Exchange in compliance with the aforesaid provisions. Further, we wish to inform that pursuant to Section 21 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 17 of the CIRP Regulations, the Interim Resolution Professional has constituted the Committee of Creditors (*CoC™) of the Corporate Debtor on the basis of the claims received, verified and admitted.
