These documents are also available on the Company’s website at https://dhruvconsultancy.in/annual-general-meeting/ The Company has provided the facility to its members to cast their vote electronically, through the remote e- Voting facility (before the AGM) and e-Voting facility (at the AGM), on all the resolutions set out in the AGM Notice to the Members, who are holding shares on the Cut-off date i.e. September 17, 2026. The remote e- voting will commence on Monday, September 21, 2026 (09.00 a.m. IST) and end on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 (05.00 p.m. IST).
