of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Notice convening the 19th
Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026
(Enclosed herewith as “Annexure I”).
The AGM has been convened to be held on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 3.30 P.M. (IST)
through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Video Means (OVAM), in accordance with relevant
circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Pursuant to Regulation 36 (1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 the Annual Report, along with the Notice, is being sent to Members of the Company
whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depository Participant(s) through
electronic mode and is also available for download on the website of the Company and can be
accessed at https://www.cms.com/secretarial-admin/uploads/investor/financials/annual-
reports/annual-report-2026-330311.pdf .
Further, pursuant to Regulation 36 (1) (b) of SEBI Listing Regulations, a letter containing the web-
