Name of the Securities Appellate Tribunal authority 2. Nature and a) SAT had vide its order dated August 14, 2026, inter alia permitted the details of the appellant company to issue the warrants to a promoter group entity action taken or within one week from the date of the order. Subsequently, a order passed miscellaneous application was filed contending, inter alia, that out of 24,94,85,563 number of warrants 20,94,47,805 warrants had been subscribed within the time permitted by the Hon’ble Tribunal and permission was sought to issue further 2,40,59,266 warrants for which the consideration was remitted within the prescribed timeline. Remaining 1,59,78,492 warrants have not been subscribed. b) The Hon’ble Tribunal held that the extension sought was a technicality as the amount for subscription was deposited in time but was credited in the account next day. Accordingly, the Hon’ble Tribunal was pleased to grant an extension of one working day for issue of 2,40,59,266 warrants. 3.
