Disclosure under Regulation 30: a) Name of the entity awarding the order(s)/contract(s): Keelakarai Municipality and Thirupathur Municipal ity, Tamil Nadu. b) Significant terms and conditions of order(s)/contract(s) awarded in brief: The Company has been selected as the Food Service Provider for implementation of the Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Morning Breakfast Scheme for school children in the respective Municipalities. The Company is required to provide the prescribed food services in accordance with the respective tender documents and applicable terms and conditions. The respective I-OAs require the Company to furnish the applicable Security Deposit and execute the agreement within tlre stipulated period from the receipt of the LOAs, after which the formal work order will be issued. c) Whether order(s)/contract(s) have been awarded by domestic/international entity: Domestic entities. d) Nature of order(s)/contract(s): Food service provider / catering services under the Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Moming Breakfast Scheme for school children. e) Whether domestic or international: Domestic. f) Time period by which the order(s)/contract(s) is to be executed: The contract awarded by Thirupathur Municipality is for a period of three years. The respective LOAs require furnishing of Security Deposit and execution of the agreement, after wlrich the formal work order will be issued. g) Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s): The Keelakarai Municipality contract value is {1,48,43,556/- (Rupees One Crore Forty-Eight Lakh Forty-Three Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty-Six only). The Thirupathur Municipality contract value is {3,86,23,384.80, (Rupees Three Crore Eighty-Six Lakh Twenty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Four and Paise Eighty Only). h) Whether the promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order(s)/contract(s): No. i) Whether the order(s)/contract(s) would fall within related party transactions?
