We wish to inform you that Dr. Lal Ventures Private Limited has completed the said subscription on August 27, 2026 as per the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Pursuant to completion of said subscription, Neuome has now become associate of the Company. The disclosure(s) as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 as amended from time to time, have already been duly intimated in the earlier intimation dated July 24, 2026.
